1. Introduction
Welcome to Web-PSQC (hereinafter “Company”, “we”, “our”). These Terms of Service (hereinafter “Terms”) apply to the use and purchase of all website testing, security audits, and SEO analysis services provided at https://www.web-psqc.com (the “Site”). By using the Site or running tests, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or related services.

2. Services Provided
Web-PSQC provides the following products and services:

  • Diagnostic tools for website speed, security, SEO, and UI/UX

  • Automated PDF reports and certificate issuance

  • Accurate measurements using region-based tests and multinational servers

  • Customizable test requests and manual expert reports

  • Improvement proposals in connection with Devteam-App and Devteam-Works

All products are digital, automated analysis tools provided to website operators, developers, and corporate clients.

3. Customer Responsibilities
By running tests or purchasing paid services on Web-PSQC, customers agree to the following:

  • You are the owner of the website to be tested or have been lawfully authorized

  • You will provide accurate information such as domain names and email addresses

  • You will not tamper with or falsify test results or certificates

  • You will fully understand and comply with the credit and certificate usage policies

4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed through third-party gateways (e.g., Toss, Stripe) and must be made in full before tests or services are executed.
Automated tests and PDF reports are non-refundable once used. Manual expert tests may be canceled before commencement but not afterward.
Additional credits may be required for certificate issuance.

5. License & Intellectual Property
The test results and certificates issued by Web-PSQC are considered works created by the Company.
Users may share, cite, or use them in portfolios only in their original form. Commercial redistribution or modified distribution is prohibited.
The Company retains all intellectual property rights to diagnostic algorithms, certificate templates, and evaluation criteria.

6. Confidentiality
Website information and test results will not be shared with third parties without the customer’s explicit consent, except where required by law, and will be strictly protected.

7. Disclaimer
Web-PSQC’s tests provide measurements based on current technology standards and server environments.
The results do not represent legal guarantees or permanent conditions and may vary depending on the customer’s system environment or network status.
The Company assumes no responsibility for direct or indirect damages arising from the test results.

8. Legal Compliance
Customers must use Web-PSQC’s services in compliance with applicable domestic and international laws, including data protection laws, the Information and Communications Network Act, GDPR, and CCPA.
Misuse such as falsifying certificates or abuse of delegated testing may result in legal liability.

9. Termination of Service
The Company may suspend or terminate service if the customer violates these Terms.
Manual test requests may be canceled prior to commencement, but no refunds will be given once started.

10. Amendments
These Terms may be amended at the Company’s discretion without prior notice, and amended Terms shall take effect immediately upon being posted on the Site.
Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
