Terms of service — Web-PSQC

1. About these terms

These terms apply to www.web-psqc.com (“Web-PSQC”), operated by DevTeam Co., Ltd., Republic of Korea (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. Contact: info@web-psqc.com.

2. The service

Free website tests: speed from several regions, Core Web Vitals, security, accessibility, browser compatibility, SEO and AI-search visibility, with reports you can share by link.
Free accounts with a daily allowance, test history and domain verification.
Paid monthly plans and one-time passes with more test runs, load tests and security scans on verified domains, and deeper crawls.
Paid certificates (single-test and PSQC) with a public verification page and PDF.

3. Acceptable use

The public tests read your target website much like a visitor’s browser does. Use them only on sites you are allowed to test, and do not use them to overload or attack any site.
Load tests and security scans send heavy or attack-style traffic. They run only on domains you have verified, and you confirm you are the owner or have the owner’s permission.
Do not try to get around usage limits, interfere with the service, or misuse other people’s accounts.

We may suspend accounts or block access that breaks these rules.

4. Results and certificates

Results describe a website at the moment it was tested, with our methods. Websites and networks change, so results can differ between runs. They are information, not a guarantee.
A certificate states the result of the test or audit shown on it, on the date shown, and is valid for 12 months. Do not alter certificates or present them for other websites.
We may revoke a certificate that was issued in error, obtained by misuse, or whose payment was reversed; its verification page then shows it as revoked.

5. Payments, renewal, cancellation and refunds

We accept payment only through PayPal (with a PayPal account or a card through PayPal), in US dollars.
Monthly plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Plan & usage (or in your PayPal account); the plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for and then stops.
Passes are one-time payments valid for the period shown.
Refunds: if you have not used any test runs from a plan or pass, you can get a full refund within 7 days of the payment. Email info@web-psqc.com from the address on your account. A monthly renewal is a new payment and has its own 7 days. Once refunded, the plan or pass ends.
Certificates are issued immediately when you pay and are not refundable.
These terms do not limit any consumer rights you have by law.

6. Accounts

Keep your sign-in details safe. You can delete your account at any time in Profile; an active subscription is cancelled when you delete the account.

7. Intellectual property

You may share your reports and certificates as they are. Our software, scoring methods, templates and content remain ours.

8. Liability

We provide the service with care but “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made on the basis of test results, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and give at least 7 days’ notice on the site or by email before important changes take effect.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the courts with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country.
